Abstract The last decade in particular has seen prosperity global challenges. Traditional industry leaders have to compete with the challenges of new generation emerging markets. Although European market is competitively mature, makes it necessary defend domestic as well pursue growth opportunities Analyzing trends, a comparison US and Chinese innovation commercialization policies from customer perspective Europe was distinguished. main difference Europe's narrowly defined segment, companies do not adapt micro-segments non-matching product service requirements, because individual attraction strategies must be implemented for each branch, which increase difficulty draw potential clients. aim this work analyze process gain an insight into improvement national policy models. A multi-criteria decision analysis used compare influencing factor criteria, focuses on segmentation, determine most influential segment.
